Kingdom blazes trail in carbon trading

Vandy Rattana; Clouds move in over Phnom Penh's Boeung Keng Kang district as the capital continues to be lashed by rain. Extreme weather patterns are often cited by environmentalists as evidence of global warming and justification for the rapidly-expanding carbon trading market, on which the Kingdom is trying to cash in.
