Two top management seminars on the legal framework of local administration in Cambodia are to be held in September as part of the Project on Improvement of Local Administration in Cambodia (PILAC). The project contributes to reforms in decentralisation and de-concentration through capacity building of public officials for local administration. The two-hour seminars, organised with the support of the Cambodia-Japan Cooperation Center, will provide an opportunity for senior officials to both learn and share their experiences about the recent administrative management laws promulgated in March, said Prum Soka, secretary of state at the Ministry of Interior.
