Two film excerpts shot by Vietnamese troops in the S-21 Khmer Rouge detention and torture centre shortly after they discovered the place will be provided for the case file of Kaing Guek Eav, also known as Duch, the former director of the Khmer Rouge prison, which has now been turned into the Tuol Sleng Museum of Genocide, in the capital of Cambodia.

A request was formulated by the Office of the co-Prosecutors and accepted by the pre-Trial Chamber (PTC) at the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC) in charge of prosecuting former Khmer Rouge leaders, and specifically concerns two audiovisual documents which the Vietnamese government submitted to the Documentation Centre of Cambodia (DC-Cam) at the end of December.
