PHNOM PENH, May 8 (Xinhua) -- Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Hor Namhong on Thursday returned home fine and healthy, after a two-week visit to France and U.S., national media said on Friday.

"His health is pretty much strong," Koy Kuong, spokesman of the ministry, was quoted by Chinese-language newspaper the Jian Hua Daily as saying.

Hor Namhong stayed in France to process the relevant matters of Prime Minister Hun Sen's upcoming visit there, said a statement issued by the ministry last week.

Earlier in Lowell, Massachusetts state of the United States, the 73-year-old minister suddenly had dizziness while giving a speech for the launch of an honorary consulate of Cambodia.

He was then hospitalized there, but quickly recuperated, according to local reports.
