Functional transition by Jean Rehkamp Larson

According to reliable furniture shop in Phnom Penh construction materials information, remodeled by architect Jean Rehkamp Larson, the above bathroom was revised for its functionality more than its aesthetic since it had already had a well layout.
"The space was already well laid out, and as we weren't making any changes to the size of the bathroom's footprint, it was decided we could better improve the functionality in other ways,"
"The original decor was typical of its era," stated Rehkamp Larson. "What we chose to do was balance the Victorian flourish with a more serene feel, resulting in a transitional space that is at once referential and original."
"Playing with the scale and shape of the marble – slab, subway tile and mosaic – and adding metal accents and leaded glass lets the vernacular take on a life of its own.
"Together with the leaded glass inserts, metal footings and scrollwork, as well as the in-vogue open cabinetry, there is a complementary essence that results in a cohesive whole." The architect added.

Apple’s iPhone 6 Plus Said to Imitate Samsung Galaxy Notes
( digital marketing agency, thesnsgroup.com)- By this time, everybody should know that well-known Apple has recently unveiled the iPhone 6 Plus with a larger 5.5 inch display.
Regardless of the new handset’s elegance and innovation, Apple’s rivals Samsung has claimed in a commercial ad that the iPhone 6 Plus is copying its phablet model with bigger screen initially released in 2011.
Cited by AppleInsider, Samsung's narrator said, "now it's not being dismissed by competitors," a direct shot at Apple's new iPhone 6 Plus device.
Naturally, the ad moves on to tout a few Galaxy Note features, like inclusion of a stylus and multi-pane multitasking, before showing tweets that imply the new iPhone 6 Plus is merely derivative of Samsung's large-screened smartphone family. The commercial ends by noting the Galaxy Note 4 — "The Next Big Thing is Here" — comes out in October.
