Representatives of 88 families living along National Road 6 in Russey Keo district gathered outside City Hall yesterday to protest an eviction notice they claim to have received Monday. The families said they were given one week to relocate to plots of land 25 kilometres away from their current houses to make way for a road expansion designed to ease congestion. They added that authorities have threatened to bulldoze their homes if they do not move.
